Looking for live music from area musicians in a fantastic outdoor venue? Look no further than the Near Southside. Now in its sixth season, Friday on the Green, an outdoor concert series presented by Fort Worth South, Inc., provides a lineup of two or three local bands, and food and drink from Near Southside eateries. And best of all, admission is free!
This year’s concert series began in April, and will be running monthly through November at the Magnolia Green. The upcoming show on June 13 will feature local bands The Apache 5, Mills&Co, and headliners Jetta in the Ghost Tree. Pack a blanket to sit on and bring the whole family for what promises to be a fun-filled summer night!
